Overview

Delinea is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to drive net new sales into Enterprise Accounts. This remote position requires a motivated self-starter who may need to travel up to 50%.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity or identity management sectors. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and decision-makers is exceptional, and you thrive in a results-driven environment. You are a strategic thinker who can identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your strong communication skills allow you to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively, fostering trust and collaboration with clients and internal teams alike.

You are comfortable working independently and managing your time effectively, as this role requires a high degree of autonomy. You are also adaptable, able to pivot strategies based on market feedback and changing client requirements. Your passion for technology and security drives you to stay informed about industry trends and innovations, ensuring you can provide valuable insights to your clients.

Desirable

Experience in selling cloud-based solutions or identity security platforms is a plus. Familiarity with AI-powered technologies and their applications in security will set you apart. You may also have a network of contacts within enterprise organizations that can facilitate introductions and accelerate the sales process.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will be responsible for generating new business within enterprise accounts, leveraging your expertise to identify and pursue high-value opportunities. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with Delinea's goals, ensuring that you meet or exceed sales targets. Your role will involve conducting thorough market research to understand client needs and competitive landscapes, allowing you to position Delinea's solutions effectively.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that sales strategies are aligned with product offerings and market positioning. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations will be crucial, as you will need to understand their challenges and demonstrate how Delinea's solutions can address them.

In addition to direct sales activities, you will also be responsible for providing feedback to the product team based on client interactions, helping to shape future product development. You will participate in industry events and conferences to represent Delinea and expand your professional network, further enhancing your ability to drive sales.
