You understand the importance of building relationships and are skilled at negotiating pricing while ensuring customer satisfaction. You are passionate about the craft of sales and genuinely care about your customers' needs. Your ability to connect with clients and understand their challenges sets you apart in the sales landscape.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Sales Development representatives and marketing teams to generate opportunities. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of selling in the healthcare sector, where understanding the product and the customer is crucial. Your communication skills allow you to effectively convey the value of Tennr's solutions to potential clients.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Tennr, you will take ownership of the sales process, from initial discovery calls to closing deals. You will work closely with a team of Sales Development representatives who will assist you in generating leads and opportunities. Your role will involve understanding the unique needs of medical providers and demonstrating how Tennr's solutions can streamline their referral processes.

You will be responsible for negotiating pricing and ensuring that the solutions you offer align with what you would personally buy. Your focus will be on building long-term relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the best possible service and support throughout the sales cycle. You will also collaborate with marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and engagement with potential clients.
