Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Zoominfo, and Salesloft/Outreach is a plus, but your willingness to learn is what truly sets you apart.

What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at DigiCert, you will be responsible for sourcing opportunities and qualifying leads for the sales organization. You will engage with both inbound and outbound leads, ensuring that you meet the daily expectation of 80 touches. Your role will involve communicating with key IT personnel and nurturing relationships to generate a robust sales pipeline. You will collaborate closely with Account Executives and Managers to grow the customer base and drive new business opportunities.

You will acquire and maintain a deep understanding of DigiCert's solutions, enabling you to effectively communicate their value to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include identifying and qualifying enterprise leads, as well as following up on leads generated through various marketing efforts. You will also participate in training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, preparing you for future advancement within the company.
