You have a proven track record of success in sales, particularly in engaging with strategic level accounts. Your self-starter attitude drives you to meet and exceed sales targets consistently, and you thrive in a remote-first environment where collaboration is key. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and are adept at identifying opportunities for growth within existing partnerships. Your communication skills allow you to craft compelling messages that resonate with prospects and customers alike.

You are results-oriented and have experience in forecasting business accurately on a monthly and quarterly basis. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and inform product roadmaps. Your ability to engage with clients who demonstrate usage patterns indicates your strategic approach to sales and customer success. You are passionate about innovation and understand the developer experience, which aligns with Docker's mission.

What you'll do

In this role, you will meet with prospects to generate interest in purchasing Docker's commercial products. You will also engage with existing customers to identify areas for expanding their partnership with Docker through additional products and services. Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets will be a key responsibility, and you will be expected to accurately forecast business outcomes. You will spearhead the growth and adoption of Docker within the existing user base, ensuring that clients are aware of the full range of offerings available to them.

Your role will involve responding to and qualifying incoming inquiries regarding Docker products, ensuring that you add value during every customer touchpoint. You will partner with cross-functional teams to share insights and feedback from customers, which will help drive strong marketing campaigns and inform product development. Mentoring and developing your team will also be part of your responsibilities, as you work to foster a collaborative and high-performing sales environment.
