Docker is hiring a Senior Partner Sales Manager to drive growth with channel partners across North EMEA. You'll be responsible for recruiting and enabling solution partners while managing partner revenue targets. This role requires experience in a startup or scale-up environment.

Who you are
You have extensive experience in partner sales management, ideally within a startup or scale-up environment — you've successfully built and matured high-performing reseller ecosystems and understand the nuances of channel partnerships. Your background includes a strong focus on recruiting, enabling, and scaling solution partners and resellers, which has equipped you with the skills to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue effectively.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams — your ability to develop and execute regional reseller and channel partner plans aligns perfectly with Docker's go-to-market strategy and revenue goals. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to maintain regular partner cadence covering pipeline, performance, enablement needs, and growth opportunities.
What you'll do
In this role, you will develop and execute regional reseller and channel partner plans that align with Docker's go-to-market strategy and revenue goals. You will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and activating new solution partners and regional VARs, ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. Your expertise in partner pipeline management will be crucial as you handle deal registration, forecasting, key account planning, and execution reviews.
You will maintain a regular cadence with partners to discuss pipeline performance and identify enablement needs and growth opportunities. Collaborating with Docker's sales leadership and cross-functional teams will be essential to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Your strategic mindset will help you own a regional partner revenue target focused on building a robust partner ecosystem that contributes to Docker's overall success.
