Who you are
You have a strong background in partner management, with at least 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles. Your expertise lies in building and nurturing relationships with System Integrators and Cloud Service Providers, and you understand the intricacies of the technology landscape. You are a strategic thinker who can develop compelling ecosystem strategies that drive joint customer growth and deliver integrated Go-To-Market programs. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to establish critical executive relationships across the partner network. You thrive in collaborative environments and are passionate about empowering enterprises to achieve their full potential through innovative solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of Snowflake's partner ecosystem. You will work closely with global System Integrators and regional players to build a multi-layered ecosystem that enhances customer engagement and optimizes operations. Your primary objective will be to strengthen the Snowflake network by moving beyond individual partner management to create a thriving, collaborative community. You will lead initiatives that focus on joint customer growth and develop integrated Go-To-Market strategies that resonate with the unique digital landscape of the country. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to drive compelling ecosystem strategies and foster strong relationships within the partner community.
