Doctolib is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to lead the sales cycle in the healthcare sector. You'll be responsible for negotiating deals at the C-level and driving the adoption of Doctolib Connect. This role requires strong sales acumen and experience in enterprise environments.

Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and are passionate about improving healthcare delivery through technology. You excel in building relationships and negotiating at the C-level, ensuring that you can effectively position Doctolib Connect as a standard solution for secure real-time communication in healthcare. Your ability to define clear goals and build a robust sales pipeline is key to your success. You are comfortable working closely with internal stakeholders to orchestrate introductions and collaborative pitches, which help shorten deal cycles. You are adept at translating market feedback into product fit, identifying top workflows for clinics, and prioritizing product development in collaboration with the product team. Your experience includes supporting on-site implementations and training super users to ensure sustainable adoption of the product.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full responsibility for the enterprise sales cycle in the hospital environment, focusing on expanding Doctolib's market presence. You will define objectives and build a pipeline by identifying prioritized clinic clusters, setting clear quarterly goals, and ensuring 3x pipeline coverage through outbound efforts and referrals. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, orchestrating warm introductions from executives and customer success managers, and conducting joint pitches with hospital sales teams to accelerate deal closures. You will also translate market feedback into actionable insights for product development, identifying key workflows for clinics and collaborating with the product team to prioritize these needs. Additionally, you will support rollouts by overseeing on-site implementations, training super users, and tracking adoption KPIs to ensure sustainable product usage. You will strengthen Doctolib's market presence by representing the company at leading hospital conferences, panels, and roundtables, building references and networks that enhance the company's reputation in the healthcare sector.
