You are comfortable with digital tools, particularly LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and have a knack for building relationships with decision-makers in the medical sector.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, will help you excel in managing client interactions and tracking your progress. A proactive attitude and a willingness to collaborate with your sales team will set you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As a Business Development Representative at Doctolib, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, focusing on generating leads through market research and cold calling. Your primary responsibility will be to schedule qualified appointments for your Inside and Field Sales colleagues, ensuring that opportunities are well-prepared for follow-up. You will work closely with the Field Sales team to transfer key information and ensure a smooth handover of opportunities. Additionally, you will maintain and update the customer database in Salesforce, tracking interactions and developments to enhance the sales process. Throughout your journey, you will gather feedback from colleagues and clients, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Sales team's activities and strategies.
