You have at least 2 years of experience in sales or field sales, ideally with a focus on B2B solutions. Your passion for sales drives you to build strong relationships with clients, and you thrive in an environment where you can make a significant impact on growth. You are proficient in using Salesforce for tracking sales reporting and forecasting, ensuring you measure your success effectively. You believe in the value of the product you represent and are committed to helping healthcare providers understand its benefits. You are a proactive hunter, always looking for new opportunities to engage with potential clients and expand your network.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales process from initial contact to contract signing, taking full responsibility for the revenue generated in your region. You will independently acquire new healthcare providers and act as a consultant to analyze their needs and challenges, demonstrating how our product can provide real value. Building long-term relationships with healthcare institutions will be key, positioning yourself as a trusted partner. You will regularly track your sales activities and performance metrics using Salesforce, allowing you to adjust your strategies as needed to achieve your goals. Your contributions will be vital to our mission of digitizing healthcare in Germany, and you will play a crucial role in driving our nationwide growth.
