doinstruct is seeking a Senior Account Executive to lead the US sales efforts and develop a structured sales motion. You'll engage in complex B2B deals and help shape the sales strategy for the US market. This role requires strong sales experience and a strategic mindset.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in B2B environments, with at least 5 years of experience. You thrive in a startup atmosphere where you can take ownership and influence the sales process from the ground up. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their needs is exceptional, allowing you to tailor solutions effectively. You are comfortable working independently and are motivated by the challenge of building something new. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively. You embrace diversity and are open to collaborating with a wide range of individuals, valuing different perspectives and experiences.
What you'll do
As the Senior Account Executive for doinstruct, you will own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. You will develop and implement the US sales playbook, adapting messaging and approaches to fit the unique needs of the US market. Your role will involve qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ultimately closing complex deals with US buyers. You will gather insights from customer interactions to refine pricing and positioning strategies, ensuring that the sales approach resonates with potential clients. You will work closely with the founders and other team members to shape the go-to-market strategy, providing feedback and insights that will drive the company's growth in North America.
