Minitab is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to generate enterprise-level pipeline and revenue through outbound marketing campaigns. This role requires 2+ years of experience in business development and offers opportunities for growth into an account manager position.

Job Description

Who you are

You have 2+ years of experience in business development or lead generation roles, ideally supporting enterprise-level customers. Your background may include customer-facing positions, and you possess a degree in business, marketing, or information technology, which is a plus. You are eager to learn and grow within a sales environment, and you thrive in team settings where collaboration is key.

You understand the importance of nurturing relationships with prospects over time, ensuring they are well-informed about the solutions offered. Your communication skills are strong, allowing you to effectively engage with potential clients and articulate the value of analytics solutions. You are motivated by the opportunity to contribute to a team and help drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative, you will participate in a team sales environment, working closely with the enterprise and global sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to generate incremental enterprise-level pipeline and revenue through phone-based qualification of outbound targeted marketing campaigns. You will engage with prospects to qualify their desire and need to evaluate Minitab's analytics offerings.

In this role, you will also facilitate and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects in the enterprise market segment, nurturing them until they are ready to be qualified as active sales opportunities. Continuous training and sales coaching will be provided, giving you the chance to develop your skills and advance into an inside sales role as an account manager, where you will manage customers and generate bookings and revenue growth.
