You have a proven track record in account management or sales, ideally within the restaurant or hospitality industry β€” you understand the unique challenges these sectors face and are passionate about providing solutions that drive success. Your ability to build long-term relationships is a key strength, and you thrive on identifying strategic opportunities within your accounts to maximize value.

You are a consultative seller who enjoys acting as a trusted advisor to your clients β€” you balance commercial goals with a customer-first approach, ensuring that your clients feel supported and valued. Your experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Customer Success, Product, and Marketing allows you to deliver strong outcomes for your customers.

You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of a fast-paced sales environment while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Development Executive, you will own the growth and retention of a portfolio of existing restaurant and hospitality customers β€” your primary focus will be on upselling, expansions, and renewal opportunities. You will work closely with your clients to help them maximize the value they receive from the SevenRooms platform, contributing directly to revenue growth for DoorDash.

You will engage with clients regularly to understand their needs and challenges, providing consultative solutions that enhance their operations and guest relationships. Your role will involve collaborating with various internal teams to ensure that clients are set up for long-term success, leveraging insights from Customer Success and Product teams to inform your strategies.

You will be responsible for identifying operational gaps within your accounts and recommending technology solutions that streamline in-store experiences β€” your ability to analyze client needs and propose effective solutions will be crucial to your success. You will also track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring that you meet or exceed your growth targets.
