You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the field of account management or business development. With at least 5 years of experience, you understand the nuances of building relationships with key stakeholders and have a knack for identifying opportunities that drive growth. Your ability to communicate effectively and negotiate favorable terms is second to none, making you a trusted partner for merchants.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with both field-based and virtual selling. What you'll do
As a Senior Territory Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding DoorDash's restaurant selection in your assigned territory. You will engage in an end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals with restaurant partners. Your role will involve significant travel within the region, allowing you to build strong, in-person relationships with key merchants.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to structure competitive economic terms that meet the needs of both DoorDash and its partners. Your insights will help shape the dining landscape in your territory, bringing a diverse range of restaurants onto the DoorDash platform.
