What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Strategic Account Development team focused on franchise merchants, driving engagement and performance on the DoorDash marketplace. You will develop and implement go-to-market strategies that cater specifically to the needs of franchise businesses, ensuring they receive the support necessary to maximize their potential. Your responsibilities will include overseeing regional performance for Ads & Promos, collaborating closely with various teams to enhance execution and drive results.
You will train and mentor a team of Account Development Executives, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. By leveraging your expertise, you will guide your team in navigating the complexities of franchise sales motions, ensuring they are equipped to handle the unique challenges that come with this segment. Your role will also involve regular travel to meet with partners and stakeholders, strengthening relationships and driving alignment on strategic initiatives.
