Who you are

You have a strong background in partnership management, with experience in overseeing the lifecycle of strategic partnerships from contract signature to launch. You are skilled in coordinating with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, product, marketing, and finance, to ensure successful integration and alignment on initiatives. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders sets you apart, as you guide the integration of new partnerships and solidify alignment on strategic issues.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about driving growth and retention through transformative partnerships. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess partnership performance and identify opportunities for improvement. You are adaptable and open to occasional travel to various hubs, ensuring that you maintain strong relationships with partners across different locations.

What you'll do

As a Manager on the Partner Management team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing some of the team's most strategic partnerships. You will work closely with senior leadership and various departments to drive growth initiatives and ensure that partnerships are effectively integrated into DoorDash's operations. Your role will involve coordinating the post-contract-signature process, ensuring that all teams are aligned and working towards common goals.

You will guide the integration of external partners, facilitating discussions to solidify alignment on initiatives and addressing any strategic issues that arise. Your ability to navigate complex cross-functional discussions will be crucial as you work to enhance the overall partnership experience. You will also be involved in tracking partnership performance and collaborating with teams to optimize outcomes.
