What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for the early stages of the sales process, focusing on engaging merchants through targeted outreach. You will uncover their needs and identify decision-makers to qualify interest in DoorDash's Commerce Platform solutions. Your efforts will play a crucial role in generating and advancing the sales pipeline, ensuring that opportunities are clearly scoped for deeper engagement. You will work closely with the Platform team to understand the various solutions available, including Online Ordering, and how they can benefit merchants. Your consultative approach will help you tailor your outreach and position DoorDash's offerings effectively. You will also track your outreach efforts and results, continuously refining your approach based on what works best.
