DoorDash is seeking an Associate Manager for Sales Strategy & Planning to design and implement Sales Incentive Plans. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure effective compensation structures.

You have experience in sales strategy and operations, ideally with a focus on designing compensation structures that align with business objectives. You understand the importance of compliance and fairness in incentive plans, and you have a track record of collaborating with various departments to achieve strategic goals. You are comfortable leading a team and mentoring others, fostering a culture of analytical excellence and continuous improvement. You are excited about the opportunity to make a significant impact on the sales organization and drive performance through effective planning and governance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end design and governance of Sales Incentive Plans for SevenRooms and DoorDash. You will lead the development and annual refresh of these plans, ensuring they align with the overall business strategy and pay philosophy. You will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Payroll, Finance, and GTM leaders to implement and review these plans, ensuring they are equitable and data-driven. You will also mentor the Senior Commission Analyst, helping to build a strong analytical foundation within the team. Your work will directly contribute to motivating the sales organization and supporting its growth.
