What you'll do

In this role, you will own the full-cycle recruiting process for technical positions, collaborating closely with engineering leadership to understand their hiring needs. You will develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging various channels including social media, job boards, and networking events. You will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
