You have experience owning the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, and you thrive in consultative sales environments. You are familiar with the developer ecosystem and have a passion for innovation in technology, particularly in areas like Web3 and AI.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to run high-impact discovery calls and craft tailored proposals that resonate with potential clients. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the market. You are comfortable working closely with business development representatives to convert qualified leads into successful partnerships.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire sales cycle for BUIDL AI, taking qualified inbound and outbound leads from discovery through to close. You will conduct consultative sales calls, understanding the unique needs of organizations looking to host hackathons and developer programs. Your responsibilities will include crafting tailored proposals and closing deals that expand BUIDL AI's adoption across various sectors, including Web3, AI, and big tech.
You will collaborate closely with the business development team to ensure a seamless transition from lead qualification to deal closure. Your role will be highly visible and critical to DoraHacks' growth in North America, requiring you to leverage your relationship-building skills and deep understanding of the developer ecosystem. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction of the sales team and help shape the future of BUIDL AI.
