With extensive experience in high-growth or scaled SaaS companies, you understand the dynamics of the market and can navigate its complexities effectively. You possess strong leadership skills and have a knack for building and retaining high-performing teams that deliver results. Your familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics, including regional diversity and partner ecosystems, sets you apart as a candidate who can lead Dropbox's sales efforts successfully.
You have a strategic mindset and are adept at defining and executing go-to-market strategies that align with global sales priorities. Your experience in managing multi-product sales motions, particularly in expanding product offerings like Dash alongside core services, showcases your ability to drive comprehensive sales initiatives. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering closely with global sales leadership, product, marketing, and customer experience teams to ensure strong execution and predictable growth.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and scale Dropbox's EMEA sales organization, delivering against quarterly and annual revenue targets. You will own and execute the EMEA go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment with global sales priorities and regional market dynamics. Your responsibilities will include driving multi-product sales execution, optimizing partner-led and hybrid sales motions, and establishing strong operational rigor across forecasting, pipeline management, and territory design.
You will build, develop, and retain a strong regional leadership bench, fostering a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be critical in shaping Dropbox's next phase of growth in the EMEA region, as you work to strengthen execution rigor and accelerate the adoption of Dropbox's core File Sync & Share business and its AI-powered product, Dash.
