You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in technology sectors, and possess a deep understanding of the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. Your experience includes building and managing high-performing sales teams, and you thrive in fast-paced, innovative environments where you can drive growth and transformation. You are adept at developing strategic sales plans that align with company goals and have a strong ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities. Your communication skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive leadership.

Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with the EMEA market dynamics. You are comfortable working with cross-functional teams and have a collaborative approach to achieving sales targets. What you'll do
