What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the adoption of Elastic's AI-powered search solutions within new Federal Civilian accounts, focusing on the USDA. You will deepen engagement with existing accounts, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to assist users in harnessing the full power of Elastic's search analytics. Your responsibilities will include identifying and developing new use cases for Elastic's technology, championing our Open Source offerings, and articulating the value of our sophisticated commercial features.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to ensure that client needs are met and that solutions are tailored to their specific requirements. Your role will also involve conducting presentations and demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of Elastic's platform, helping clients understand how they can leverage their data for actionable insights.
