Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the mid-market segment, and are comfortable navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Your experience includes developing and executing proactive outbound strategies that generate significant booked opportunities. You are skilled in deep discovery and qualification, adept at uncovering pain points and decision criteria using frameworks like MEDDPICC to focus on high-confidence deals.

You possess strong storytelling abilities, capable of crafting tailored narratives and delivering live demos that effectively communicate the value of Elastic's Search AI Platform. Your technical fluency allows you to engage with clients on a deeper level, ensuring that you can address their needs and concerns effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own your territory and build a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, utilizing various channels such as email, calls, and social media. You will conduct deep discovery sessions to understand client pain points and business impacts, ensuring that you qualify leads effectively. Your responsibilities will include crafting compelling narratives and delivering engaging demos that showcase the capabilities of Elastic's solutions.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support throughout the sales process. Your ability to manage complex deals will be critical to driving growth in the EMEA Central region. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate forecasts and reporting on your sales activities, ensuring transparency and accountability in your pipeline management.
