You have a strong background in sales management, particularly in strategic accounts, and possess exceptional problem-solving skills. Your experience allows you to navigate complex customer needs and build trusted relationships with C-level sponsors. You are energetic and driven, with a proven track record of success in sales roles. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with Sales, Pre-Sales, and Services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector, particularly with cloud-based solutions, is a plus. Familiarity with AI and search technologies will help you engage effectively with clients and understand their needs better. You are adaptable and can thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for ways to improve processes and outcomes.

What you'll do

As a Services Account Executive at Elastic, you will take ownership of the customer journey from pre-sales through to launch. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that the services provided meet customer expectations and drive business growth. Your role will involve identifying opportunities within strategic accounts and developing tailored solutions that align with customer goals. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they see the value in Elastic's offerings.

You will collaborate with Sales and Pre-Sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that resonate with potential clients. Your ability to communicate effectively will be key in articulating the benefits of Elastic's services and how they can solve specific business challenges. You will also engage with the Services team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation, fostering a culture of teamwork and shared success.
