With at least 5 years of experience in account management or sales, you understand the nuances of engaging with large enterprises and can navigate complex sales cycles effectively. You are results-driven and motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets, and you possess strong negotiation skills that help you close deals successfully.
You are a natural leader who enjoys mentoring and guiding junior sales team members. You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with key sales leaders to align strategies and share best practices. Your analytical mindset allows you to assess market trends and customer needs, enabling you to tailor your approach for maximum impact. You are comfortable using CRM tools to track progress and manage your pipeline efficiently.
What you'll do
As a Senior Lead Account Executive at Emburse, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with companies that have over 500 employees. You will leverage your extensive network and industry knowledge to engage potential clients and present the value of our AI-powered travel and expense solutions. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet quarterly and annual sales goals, ensuring that you are consistently driving revenue growth.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of the market. You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase how our solutions can modernize financial operations and optimize spend for large organizations. Your ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in persuading stakeholders to choose Emburse as their partner.
In addition to closing deals, you will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
