Who you are

You have a proven track record as an Enterprise Account Executive with experience in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this space and are adept at navigating complex sales cycles. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is paramount, as you will be engaging with both new and existing customers to demonstrate the value of Everlaw's solutions.

With a deep understanding of value-based selling, you can articulate how Everlaw's offerings support various eDiscovery and litigation use cases — from complex litigation to internal investigations and data privacy matters. You take pride in mastering your product, ensuring you can clearly convey its benefits to customers and partners alike.

Your experience includes prospecting, running discovery calls, and delivering compelling sales presentations — you thrive in environments where you can showcase your negotiation skills and close net new business. You are detail-oriented and committed to setting high standards for yourself and your work, embodying the values of attention to detail and respect for customers.

Desirable

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities within the SLED sector — you will leverage your existing network and build new relationships to expand Everlaw's customer base. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting discovery calls, delivering sales presentations, and negotiating contracts to secure new accounts.

You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the solutions provided align with their requirements — your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial. You will also be tasked with expanding the footprint within existing accounts, demonstrating how Everlaw can support various high-stakes discovery workflows.

Your success will be measured by your ability to open new accounts and grow existing ones — you will set ambitious goals for yourself and work diligently to achieve them. You will participate in regular sales meetings and strategy sessions, sharing insights and best practices with your colleagues to foster a collaborative sales environment.
