You have a proven track record as an Account Executive with experience in the State, Local, and Education (SLED) sector — your ability to identify and close new business opportunities sets you apart. You understand the nuances of value-based selling and have a strong grasp of SaaS technology, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of your product to customers and partners.

Your attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are evident in your approach to sales — you take pride in mastering your product and demonstrating its benefits to potential clients. You thrive in environments where you can engage in egoless communication and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.

You have experience running discovery calls and sales presentations, showcasing your ability to engage with clients and understand their needs. Your negotiation skills are top-notch, enabling you to close deals effectively and expand existing accounts. You are driven by results and motivated by the impact your work has on promoting justice through technology.

Desirable

Experience in eDiscovery and litigation use cases is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to address complex client needs. Familiarity with high-stakes discovery workflows, including government inquiries and data privacy matters, will further strengthen your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and closing net new business within the SLED space — your efforts will focus on both new customers and expanding relationships with current clients. You will engage in prospecting activities, leveraging your network and industry knowledge to generate leads and opportunities.

You will conduct discovery calls and sales presentations, articulating the value of Everlaw's solutions to potential clients. Your ability to understand client needs and tailor your approach will be crucial in building trust and rapport. You will negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients into the Everlaw ecosystem.

Your success will be measured by your ability to open new accounts and expand the company's footprint in existing accounts — you will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that align with Everlaw's mission of promoting justice by illuminating truth.

You will also participate in regular check-ins with your manager regarding your career goals, taking advantage of the professional growth opportunities offered by Everlaw. Your contributions will directly impact the company's growth and success in the SLED market.
