You have a strong background in sales, particularly in enterprise environments, and are skilled at building and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers. You understand complex business needs and can effectively communicate how Figma's solutions can address those challenges. You are results-driven and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You thrive in collaborative environments and are excited about the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to drive success. You are adaptable and can navigate the evolving landscape of design and collaboration tools.
Desirable
Experience in the software or technology industry is a plus, as is familiarity with design tools and platforms. You may have a network of contacts within enterprise organizations that can help accelerate your success in this role. A passion for design and collaboration will enhance your ability to connect with potential customers and understand their needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will create and manage a pipeline of enterprise accounts, consistently working to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. You will apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers in both new and existing customers. You will align with executives on business challenges and gain sponsorship for enterprise-wide deployments of Figma's product suite. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and delivering innovative solutions that fit within Figma's roadmap and innovations.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer feedback is integrated into product development and that the solutions you provide are aligned with Figma's strategic goals. You will also participate in onboarding new customers and ensuring they have a positive experience with Figma's products. Your ability to communicate effectively and build trust will be critical to your success in this position.
