Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the SMB sector, where you've successfully generated new business and built strong relationships with key decision-makers. Your ability to apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques has allowed you to thrive in competitive environments. You understand the importance of aligning with customers to identify how Figma's innovations can address their business challenges. You are comfortable managing a pipeline of accounts and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your communication skills enable you to engage effectively with clients and internal teams alike.

Desirable

Experience in the design or software industry is a plus, as it allows you to better understand the needs of your clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will help you excel in this role. A passion for design and collaboration tools will enhance your ability to connect with potential customers and articulate the value of Figma's offerings.

What you'll do

As a Senior Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts through both inbound and outbound activities. Your primary responsibility will be to build and nurture positive relationships with key decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process of Figma's products. You will conduct thorough analyses to tier and prioritize accounts, ensuring that you focus your efforts on the most promising opportunities. Collaborating with cross-functional partners, you will leverage insights from your interactions to inform Figma's sales strategy and product roadmap. Your role will also involve tracking sales metrics and reporting on your progress to ensure alignment with company goals.
