Figma is hiring an Account Executive for their SMB team to generate new business and manage relationships with key decision-makers. You'll work from the San Francisco or New York office two days a week, focusing on building and nurturing client relationships.

You have a strong background in sales, ideally with experience in the software or technology sector. You understand the importance of building relationships and have a knack for connecting with decision-makers to help them navigate their purchasing process. Your ability to apply effective discovery and value-selling techniques sets you apart, allowing you to identify and address customer needs effectively.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets. Your communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to articulate Figma's value proposition clearly and persuasively. You are driven by results and have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at Figma, you will create and manage a pipeline of SMB accounts through both inbound and outbound activities. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process of Figma's products. You will leverage your sales expertise to build and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring they understand how Figma can address their business challenges.

You will conduct thorough analyses to tier and prioritize accounts, focusing on those with fewer than 500 employees. Your role will involve aligning Figma's roadmap and innovations with the needs of your clients, helping them see the value in our solutions. You will also collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that your sales strategies are aligned with broader company goals.
