You are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while maintaining a high level of candidate engagement.

Experience in a fast-paced tech environment is a plus, as is familiarity with various recruiting tools and platforms. You are adaptable and open to learning new strategies to improve the recruiting process and enhance candidate experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of software engineering roles at Figma. You will collaborate closely with engineering leaders to develop early-stage hiring strategies for critical technical positions, ensuring that the recruitment process aligns with the company’s growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include crafting outreach messages to engage passive candidates, conducting interviews, and guiding candidates through the offer stage.

You will act as a direct extension of the engineering team, serving as the primary touchpoint for candidates from initial outreach through to the offer stage. Your goal is to ensure an excellent candidate experience, reflecting Figma’s values and culture. You will also contribute to the overall recruiting efforts and processes within the organization, helping to shape the future of design and collaboration at Figma.
