Why We Need You:

Weโ€™re looking for a dynamic, high-performing sales professional who deeply understands the value of CRM and marketing automation workflows โ€” and how those strategies drive pipeline growth and customer engagement. You'll feel right at home if you have experience selling CRM, sales enablement, marketing automation, or data-driven platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.

At Findem, weโ€™re applying those same proven principles โ€” personalization, automation, segmentation โ€” to Talent Acquisition. You'll help HR, Talent Marketing, and Recruiting teams modernize their approach, just like Sales and Marketing teams did a decade ago. By joining our Enterprise Sales team, youโ€™ll work alongside senior leadership, engage with some of the worldโ€™s most innovative companies, and bring true CRM-driven transformation to a new audience.
