Firmex is hiring a Bilingual Sales Executive to drive new business in Quebec. You'll work closely with the Sales Director to identify and close opportunities. This role requires strong sales skills and fluency in both French and English.

Who you are
You are a bilingual sales professional fluent in both French and English, with a proven track record in consultative selling. You thrive in a remote work environment and are comfortable engaging with clients across various industries. Your ability to build relationships and understand client needs sets you apart in the sales landscape.
You have experience in outbound sales, where you've successfully identified, targeted, and closed new business opportunities. Your consultative approach allows you to effectively communicate the value of software solutions to potential clients, ensuring their needs are met.
You are familiar with the software-as-a-service (SaaS) model and understand the importance of virtual data rooms in facilitating due diligence, litigation, and compliance processes. Your knowledge of the Quebec market and its advisory sectors will be instrumental in growing Firmex's presence in the region.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work directly with the Sales Director to develop and execute strategies for targeting new business opportunities in Quebec. You will leverage your sales expertise to identify potential clients, conduct outreach, and nurture relationships to close deals.
You will take a 360° approach to the sales process, from prospecting to closing, ensuring that you understand the unique needs of each client. Your consultative selling style will help you articulate the benefits of Firmex's VDR service, positioning it as the trusted solution for managing confidential documents.
You will be responsible for maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking your progress, and reporting on your results. Your ability to analyze market trends and client feedback will inform your sales strategies and help you adapt to the evolving needs of the market.
