You have a strong background in sales, particularly in the Enterprise market, and are driven by achieving aggressive revenue goals. Your ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and operations sets you apart, as you understand the importance of teamwork in driving pipeline generation. You are comfortable engaging with a wide range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors, and can articulate Fivetran's vision effectively. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to tackle the challenges that come with driving adoption of innovative data solutions.

Desirable

Experience in the data integration or analytics space is a plus, as it allows you to better understand customer needs and challenges. Familiarity with value-driven sales cycles will enhance your ability to connect with potential clients and demonstrate the value of Fivetran's offerings.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for seeking out and landing deals with new Enterprise target accounts, focusing on growing their footprint through new use cases and cross-sells. You will lead in-depth discovery sessions to identify customer data challenges and required capabilities, ensuring that you drive towards valuable long-term customer engagements. Building strategic relationships with partners will be key to identifying new opportunities and accelerating deal cycles. You will also forecast accurately and provide clear visibility on sales performance, ensuring that you meet and exceed revenue goals.
