What you'll do
In this role, you will focus on new client acquisition, driving revenue and market share within the rental real estate market. You will build and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM, ensuring that you track your progress and maintain visibility on your sales activities. Establishing relationships with senior executives and decision-makers will be key to your success, as you will educate prospective customers on the value of Flex's innovative rent payment solutions. You will own the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for your clients.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance the sales process. Your ability to communicate effectively and present compelling value propositions will be essential in persuading potential clients to adopt Flex's services. As you navigate the sales landscape, you will continuously seek feedback and adapt your approach to meet the evolving needs of the market.
