Who you are

You are a motivated individual eager to join a growth-stage FinTech company that is transforming the rent payment experience. You thrive in a sales environment and are excited about the opportunity to help renters gain flexibility over their expenses. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable reaching out to potential clients through calls and emails. You understand the importance of building relationships and are driven to contribute to the success of the sales team.

Desirable

Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required. Familiarity with the rental real estate market can help you tailor your approach effectively. A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment will set you apart.

What you'll do

In this role, you will focus on new client acquisition, driving revenue and market share within the rental real estate market. You will build and manage a robust pipeline in the CRM, ensuring that all leads are effectively tracked and followed up on. Your primary responsibility will be to creatively tailor your prospecting approach, utilizing both inbound leads and proactive outreach to highlight the value of a partnership with Flex. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance overall performance.
