You understand the importance of collaboration and work closely with Account Executives to identify and target the most strategic accounts in your territory. You are proactive in your approach, leveraging tailored messaging to create opportunities and generate new sales leads. You are committed to maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, products, and services offered by NiCE.
What you'll do
In this role, you will generate new sales opportunities by utilizing the Target Account Framework to prospect new accounts within your territory. You will select specific personas within the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) for NiCE customers and add them to our Sales Engagement software, completing prospecting activities that lead to meaningful conversations with the right prospects. You will set and achieve weekly and monthly goals, guided by coaching conversations with your manager, ensuring that you are consistently exceeding your quota.
You will participate in frequent team meetings and training sessions, including a structured onboarding program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for success. Your role will involve maintaining detailed records of your activity and sales interactions, allowing for continuous improvement and strategy refinement. You will be recognized for your efforts in creating the sales pipeline essential for NiCE's growth and success.
