You have a proven track record in software sales, particularly in full-sales cycle closing roles — your experience has equipped you with the skills to engage clients effectively and drive business growth. You thrive in challenging environments and bring a sense of humor to your work, making you a great fit for a team that values hard work and fun.
Your ability to demo products and lead customer-facing sales presentations is exceptional — you understand the nuances of engaging potential clients and showcasing the value of complex software solutions. You have experience working cross-functionally with Sales Engineers, Product, and Customer Experience teams, which allows you to provide in-depth technical demos that resonate with clients.
You are detail-oriented and organized, with a knack for documenting and tracking client interactions — using Salesforce is second nature to you, and you leverage it to ensure follow-through on leads and opportunities. Your proactive approach to prospecting new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships sets you apart in the competitive landscape of sales.
Desirable
Experience in the Growth space, particularly with clients generating $0-$80 million in annual recurring revenue, is a plus — you understand the unique challenges and opportunities that come with this segment. A background in working with diverse teams and fostering collaboration will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Fullstory, you will own a Growth territory, responsible for driving business development and client engagement — your role encompasses the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will actively seek out new business opportunities while also focusing on upselling and renewing contracts with current customers, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.
You will lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the unique features and benefits of Fullstory’s offerings — your ability to communicate effectively and persuasively will be key to driving deals to close. Collaborating with Sales Engineers and other cross-functional teams, you will provide technical insights that help clients understand how Fullstory can meet their needs.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include documenting and tracking all client interactions in Salesforce, ensuring that no opportunity is missed — you will maintain a clear overview of your pipeline and follow up diligently on leads. You will also participate in team meetings and strategy sessions, contributing your insights and experiences to help shape the direction of the sales team.
