You have 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle SaaS sales role, demonstrating a strong track record of success in driving revenue and acquiring new customers. Your exceptional prospecting skills enable you to identify and engage potential clients effectively, while your ability to navigate complex sales cycles ensures you can deliver value to technical stakeholders. You thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy the challenge of meeting ambitious sales targets while maintaining a positive attitude.
You are comfortable using tools like Salesforce to document and track client interactions, ensuring that you stay organized and focused on your sales goals. Your collaborative nature allows you to work seamlessly with Sales Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, and Customer Experience teams, providing in-depth technical demos and presentations that resonate with prospects. You are also familiar with AI tools that enhance your efficiency and effectiveness in the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own a territory within the EMEA region, actively prospecting new business opportunities and driving Fullstory's growth in the Mid-Market segment. You will lead sales presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of Fullstory's solutions to potential clients. Your responsibilities will include documenting and tracking all client interactions using Salesforce, ensuring a thorough follow-up process that maximizes your chances of closing deals.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams, including Sales Development, Product, and Customer Experience, to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of your clients. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders will be crucial in building strong relationships and driving successful outcomes. As you navigate the complexities of the sales cycle, you will leverage your experience and insights to adapt your approach and overcome challenges, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Fullstory.
