Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and are comfortable engaging with clients to understand their needs and drive adoption of innovative solutions. Your experience includes working with mid-market organizations, where you've successfully managed a diverse portfolio of accounts and built strong relationships with stakeholders.
You are adept at leveraging data and insights to inform your sales strategy, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform to potential customers. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, enables you to provide tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at GitLab, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in Ukraine and Cyprus, focusing on organizations with up to 4,000 team members. Your responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, and driving the adoption of GitLab's comprehensive platform. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique challenges and demonstrate how GitLab can help them achieve their goals.
You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to align product offerings with customer needs and providing feedback to enhance the platform's capabilities. You will also track and report on sales metrics, using data to refine your approach and maximize your impact.
