Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology sector, and understand the nuances of selling complex software solutions. Your ability to build relationships with clients is exceptional, and you thrive in a remote work environment where communication is key. You are comfortable working with organizations of various sizes, particularly those with up to 4,000 team members, and have experience in account management or business development. You embrace AI and technology as tools to enhance productivity and drive results.

You are results-driven and have a strong understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing deals. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their requirements. You are adept at navigating challenges and are committed to continuous learning and improvement in your sales techniques. You value collaboration and are eager to work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at GitLab, you will be the primary point of contact for customers in Ukraine and Cyprus, guiding them through the adoption of our AI-powered DevSecOps platform. You will manage a diverse book of business, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion within existing accounts. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new clients. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and enhance customer engagement.

You will be responsible for setting and achieving sales targets, tracking your progress, and reporting on key metrics to the leadership team. Your ability to understand customer pain points and articulate the value of our solutions will be crucial in driving sales success.
