With at least 5 years of experience in a managerial role, you have a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence in a competitive market. What you'll do
As the Commercial Manager in Uganda, you will be responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for Glovo in the region. This includes leading new restaurant acquisitions and managing strategic accounts to ensure high performance and operational excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop initiatives that enhance Glovo’s market presence and drive user engagement. Your role will involve setting high-level KPIs and refining team processes to achieve these targets.
You will analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform your strategy, ensuring that Glovo remains competitive and relevant in the fast-paced delivery industry. You will also be tasked with building and maintaining relationships with key partners, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that service levels meet customer expectations. Your leadership will be crucial in positioning Uganda as a top-performing market within Glovo’s global operations.
