Job Description

Who you are

You are an experienced Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in outbound prospecting. You’ve successfully sourced and booked meetings through LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns, consistently exceeding activity and meeting goals. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate the value of GoLinks effectively to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives to qualify and pursue both cold and warm opportunities. You are detail-oriented and capable of conducting diligent market research to identify top prospects and leads. You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional experience for prospects throughout the sales process, ensuring that their needs are met and addressed.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner closely with Account Executives to develop a strong demo pipeline using outbound methods. You will be responsible for identifying top prospects, creating a pipeline, and selling the value of GoLinks by addressing customer needs and demonstrating our unique benefits. You will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track, analyze, and refine ways to improve outbound campaigns and conversion rates. Additionally, you will represent GoLinks at events, conferences, and in-person networking opportunities to generate leads and build relationships. Your role will be pivotal in driving the early stages of the sales process, and you will be expected to contribute creatively and consistently to booking meetings with target accounts.

What we offer

GoLinks offers a competitive salary of $65,000 USD, with a total compensation package that includes equity and extensive benefits and perks. This is a full-time, in-person position based at our San Jose, CA office, where you will work three days a week.
