Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Your background includes identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges and selling AI technology to clients. You are comfortable traveling up to 50% of the time and have a proven track record of exceeding strategic business goals in a sales role.
You excel at building and maintaining long-term executive relationships and developing new territories and accounts while ensuring customer success, adoption, and expansion. Your experience includes prioritizing, planning, and organizing solution-based sales activities within complex sales cycles, qualifying accounts, and leveraging partner ecosystems. You possess a strong knowledge of market trends, products, and solutions, particularly in Cloud and AI, and have excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
What you'll do
As an AI Sales Specialist, you will help grow Google's AI business by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers. You will work closely with customers to deliver true business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. Your role will involve developing and executing strategic account plans informed by Google's responsible AI framework across your assigned territory or market.
You will manage multiple customers and opportunities simultaneously, understanding each customerβs technology footprint, strategy, growth plans, business drivers, and competitors. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with account teams, technical leads, procurement, and legal to inventory existing software estates, build business cases for transformation, and close agreements. You will also be expected to stay informed about market trends and continuously seek ways to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
