Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 7 years of experience in quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or consultative account management at a B2B software company. You are skilled in managing the full business cycle, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting, and you excel in managing commercial negotiations and agreements. Your experience includes engaging and building relationships with internal teams, customers, and customer stakeholders, making you a trusted advisor in technology and business decisions.
You have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and partners in project implementation and negotiation. Your expertise in qualifying leads and presenting the value proposition of cloud, data, and AI technologies against customersβ strategic business opportunities sets you apart. You are familiar with business and financial acumen, including profit and loss management, and you have a passion for building Greenfield territories.
What you'll do
In this role, you will mobilize internal experts and external partners at the right time to drive consumption and deliver a seamless customer experience. You will lead prospecting and acquisition of net new logos, creating and building customer relationships from scratch. Establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on long-term technology and business decisions will be key to your success. You will also showcase technology trends and Google Cloud differentiators to customers, ensuring they understand the value of our offerings.
You will be responsible for managing the full business cycle, which includes pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Your ability to negotiate commercial agreements and support engagements will be crucial. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and present tailored solutions that align with their strategic goals. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation and customer satisfaction.
