Customer Engineer • Mid-Level

Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 4 years of experience in cloud native architecture, ideally in a customer-facing or support role. Your background includes working with AI agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph and CrewAI, and you are familiar with agentic design patterns like tool-use and multi-agent collaboration. You have experience integrating models into autonomous workflows using advanced API prompting and RAG, and you are skilled in machine learning model development and deployment.

You are proficient in using programming languages to design demos, prototypes, or workshops for customers, and you have a track record of engaging with and presenting to technical stakeholders and executive leaders. A Master's degree in a technical field is preferred, along with experience in building machine learning solutions and leveraging specific architectures like LLMs and Diffusion Models. You are adept at architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, distributed systems, and you have a keen ability to learn quickly and work with emerging technologies in the cloud and IT space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as a technical advisor, providing deep technical consultation to customers and building lasting relationships. You will leverage learnings from customer engagements to contribute to reusable solutions and assets with the Go-To-Market team. Your responsibilities will include documenting, prioritizing, and driving the resolution of customer feature requests and issues within product and engineering management systems. You will also focus on developing and deploying Generative AI applications, implementing RAG pipelines, integrating vector databases, and orchestrating LLM interactions via APIs. Familiarity with Media and Entertainment AI use cases and workflows will be beneficial as you work closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
