Who you are

You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 10 years of experience in a sales role within the enterprise software, cloud, or AI space. Your expertise includes identifying AI use cases to solve customer challenges and selling Customer Experience technology to clients. You excel at engaging with, presenting to, and building relationships with executive leaders, making you a trusted advisor in the field.

Your preferred qualifications include experience in, or supporting, healthcare and life sciences customers. You have a strong background in promoting Customer Experience, Generative AI, and the AI technology stack. You thrive in cross-functional team environments, collaborating with Product, Field Sales, Customer Engineering, and Solution Architects to build compelling business cases for transformation and implementation plans.

You understand the regional, local, and industry data privacy and security rules and regulations, which allows you to navigate complex compliance landscapes effectively. Your ability to engage and influence executive stakeholders as a business advisor and thought leader in AI sets you apart in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist customers in identifying GECX and AI use cases suitable for Google Cloud AI products and solutions. You will articulate key solution differentiators and the measurable business impact of implementing these technologies. Your responsibilities will include developing go-to-market strategies, driving pipeline, and ensuring an excellent prospect and customer experience.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that leverage Google Cloud's capabilities. Your role will involve presenting to executive leaders, building relationships, and driving sales initiatives that align with customer goals. You will also be responsible for managing partners in complex implementation projects, including global system integrators and packaged software vendors.
