Your ability to identify high-value opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies sets you apart. You understand the importance of building relationships and are committed to creating authentic conversations that resonate with customers. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of expanding into new regions, particularly the UK and DACH markets.

Experience in the ecommerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with AI-driven solutions that enhance customer interactions. You have a strong network within the DACH region and understand the unique challenges and opportunities it presents. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead Gorgias' expansion efforts into the UK and DACH markets, focusing on acquiring high-value merchants generating over $20M in GMV. You will serve as one of the first enterprise hires in the region, playing a crucial role in establishing Gorgias' presence and reputation. Your responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities, developing and executing a tailored go-to-market strategy, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for your initiatives. Your insights will help shape the company's approach to Conversational Commerce, driving innovation and customer engagement.
