Who you are
You are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, making a strong first impression and setting the stage for successful sales interactions. Fluency in Spanish is a strong plus, allowing you to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to learn from experienced SDR Managers.
You have a strong understanding of the sales process and are comfortable engaging with both new and existing leads. Your ability to qualify prospects based on their interest and needs will be crucial in connecting them with our Account Executives. You are detail-oriented and organized, ensuring that all interactions are logged accurately in our CRM system.
What you'll do
In this role, you will engage with inbound leads, qualifying them based on their interest and readiness to learn more about Guideline's offerings. You will book calls and product demos with Account Executives, ensuring a smooth transition for prospects into the sales funnel. Your responsibilities will include educating prospects about our services and addressing any initial questions they may have.
You will work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for lead engagement and follow-up. Your insights from customer interactions will help shape our approach to sales and marketing. You will also participate in regular training sessions to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, ensuring you are well-equipped to represent Guideline effectively.
