You have a university degree from a recognized institution and at least 3 to 4 years of experience in sales or business development, ideally with a focus on B2B selling within the research or financial services sectors. You possess a deep understanding of the ANZ market and have proven expertise in selling to global and regional financial institutions. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success in this role.
You thrive in a highly demanding environment and are adept at strategic sales and account management planning. You are results-oriented and have a track record of achieving revenue targets. Your passion for making a difference drives you to proactively seek out opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
What you'll do
As a Business Development Manager at Guidepoint, you will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy aimed at achieving aggressive yet achievable growth and profitability targets. You will proactively seek out opportunities within the institutional sector in Australia, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients across various financial institutions and investment firms.
